Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 July 2026

These terms apply when you use The Thinker (“the service”), operated by Cordelia Kate (Rebellious Business) at mythinker.io. By using the service you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to use the service.

Acceptable use

Use The Thinker for your own planning and work. Do not use it to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into The Thinker. You grant us the permission needed to store and process it so we can provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change, and we will give reasonable notice before any change affects you.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running well, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Thinker is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
