Your first week
A gentle day-by-day plan for your first week, so you are not trying to learn everything at once. Do a little each day and by Friday Thinker is running your days properly.

Questions this answers
- How long does it take to set Thinker up?
- About ten or fifteen minutes a day for your first week. Day one is telling it about you in AI Knowledge, day two is a brain dump, day three your first Success Day, day four rituals, day five putting it on autopilot.
- What should I do on my first day with Thinker?
- Put it on your phone's home screen, then open AI Knowledge and answer the questions about your business, your goal and what you are focused on right now. Write it the way you would say it; it saves as you type.
- How do I put Thinker on autopilot?
- On the AI Agents page, tick Scheduled on the Success Day agent and pick a time before you normally start work. Do the same for Brain dump sort if you dump most evenings, and your plan is waiting for you each morning.
- Is there a live walkthrough I can join?
- Yes. There is a free My Thinker Walkthrough every week where you can watch it being used properly and ask anything. Register once and the same link works every week.
You do not need to set everything up before you get value. Do these in order and give each one ten or fifteen minutes.
Day one: tell it about you
- 1Open AI Knowledge from the menu.
- 2Say whether you are the business owner or part of a team.
- 3Answer the questions properly. What the business does, what you sell, who you sell to, where the work comes from.
- 4Fill in your number one goal this year, and what you are focused on right now.

Day two: empty your head
- 1Go to Brain Dump (the home page).
- 2Type or dictate everything on your mind. Do not organise it.
- 3Press Process my Brain Dump.
- 4Have a look at what it pulled out, then sort through it.
Day three: build your first Success Day
- 1Go to AI Agents and press Run now on the Success Day card.
- 2Open Success Day and read your briefing.
- 3Add or remove anything that is not right. It is your day.
- 4Work it, and tick things off as you go.
Day four: add your rituals
Rituals are the recurring things you want to keep doing. A morning walk, a Monday numbers review, invoicing on the last day of the month. Add a handful on the Rituals page and they appear on the right days on their own.
Day five: put it on autopilot
On the AI Agents page, tick Scheduled on the Success Day agent and pick a time before you normally start work. Do the same for Brain dump sort if you dump most evenings. Now your plan is waiting for you rather than something you have to ask for.
Over the weekend: a quick reset
Open Tasks and switch to the Stack view. Swipe through everything open. Keep what still matters, park what does not, bin what you are honestly never doing. Ten minutes here makes the whole next week calmer.
