Questions this answers

What is Thinker, in one sentence?
Thinker is a daily decision system for people running their own business: you empty your head into it, it weighs everything against your goal, and it hands you a short plan for today that you can actually finish.
How does a normal day work in Thinker?
Five steps. Empty your head into the Brain Dump, let Thinker sort it into tasks, projects and ideas, open your Success Day and read the briefing, work through the short list, then leave a line or two in Day notes so tomorrow's plan is sharper.
How does Thinker decide what goes on my day?
It builds your Success Day around what genuinely moves you toward the goal you set in AI Knowledge, not around what shouts loudest, and it sizes the day by how long things really take. You always have the final say: add, remove or park anything.
What is the one thing to do first?
Fill in AI Knowledge properly, then brain dump everything and let Thinker sort it. That single hour is what makes every plan after it specific to your business instead of generic.

Thinker is not a to-do list that quietly grows until you resent it. It is somewhere to put everything you are carrying, so that something else can hold it and hand you back a short, honest plan for today.

You bring the raw material. It does the sorting, the weighing up, and the deciding what actually matters. You just do the work.

The daily loop

  1. 1Empty your head into the Brain Dump. Tasks, worries, half-ideas, the thing you keep forgetting. Messy is fine.
  2. 2Let Thinker sort it into tasks, projects and ideas.
  3. 3Open your Success Day. That is today's plan, kept short on purpose.
  4. 4Work through it. Tick things off as you go.
  5. 5Leave a line or two in Day notes at the end. It reads those when it builds tomorrow.

That is the whole thing. Everything else in the app supports one of those five steps.

The three habits that make it work

  • Tell it about your business. The AI Knowledge page is where you say what you do, who you sell to and what you are working towards. Everything Thinker decides for you is decided against that. Skip it and you get generic advice.
  • Dump everything, not just the tidy bits. It cannot prioritise what it has never seen, and half the value is the relief of not holding it any more.
  • Be honest in your Day notes. What blocked you, what went well, what you avoided. That is what makes next week's plans sharper than this week's.

How it decides what goes on your day

Thinker builds your Success Day around what genuinely moves you towards your goal, not around what shouts loudest. Urgent-feeling admin can be low priority. An unglamorous outreach task can be the most important thing you do all week.

It also cares whether the work lights you up, and how long things realistically take, so a day is a mix you can actually finish rather than a wish list.

Where everything lives

  • Brain Dump: the pad you empty your head into. It is the home page.
  • Success Day: today's plan, your briefing and your rituals.
  • Tasks: everything open, in a list or as a swipe deck for a weekly tidy-up.
  • Projects: bigger pieces of work, with their tasks inside them.
  • Rituals: the recurring things, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly.
  • Ideas: the inbox for anything you might do one day.
  • Parking and the F*ck It Bucket: for later, and for no.
  • Overwhelmed: the red button at the bottom of the menu for when it is all too much.

If you only do one thing this week

Fill in AI Knowledge properly, then brain dump everything and let it sort. That single hour changes what Thinker is able to do for you for months.
