Your AI agents, and putting it on autopilot

There are four agents that do the thinking for you. You can run any of them on demand, or schedule them so your plan is simply there when you sit down. This is what each one does and when to schedule it.

What are the AI agents in Thinker?
Four jobs Thinker does for you: Success Day builds or re-evaluates today's plan with a goal focus and a briefing, Brain dump sort turns your latest dump into tasks, Idea evaluator reads your new ideas, and Project planner turns approved ideas into projects.
How do I schedule the Success Day agent?
Open its card on the AI Agents page, tick Scheduled, choose every day, weekdays, weekends or chosen days, and set a time about an hour before you normally start. Times are UK time.
Why has my Success Day not appeared this morning?
Check the agent card has Scheduled ticked and a time set, then check your credits, because scheduled agents are quietly skipped once the month's allowance is used. The card footer tells you when it last ran.

AI Agents lives in the menu near the bottom. Each agent is a job Thinker will do for you. You can press Run now any time, or tick Scheduled and forget about it.

The four agents

  • Success Day: builds or re-evaluates today's plan, with a goal-achieving focus and a morning briefing.
  • Brain dump sort: turns your latest brain dump into tasks, projects and ideas.
  • Idea evaluator: reads your new ideas and writes an honest recommendation for each one.
  • Project planner: turns your approved ideas into projects with ordered tasks.

Scheduling them

  1. 1Open the agent's card and tick Scheduled.
  2. 2Choose how often: every day, weekdays, weekends, or weekly on chosen days.
  3. 3Set a time. Minutes go in quarter hours.
  4. 4It saves itself. The footer tells you when it last ran and when it next will.

What to schedule, and when

  • Success Day: weekdays, an hour or so before you normally start. So the plan is waiting rather than something you have to ask for.
  • Brain dump sort: overnight, if you tend to dump in the evening.
  • Idea evaluator: weekly. There is rarely a rush on ideas.
  • Project planner: weekly, just after the evaluator.

Running one by hand

Press Run now on any card. It tells you what it did, for example that it built today's Success Day with three items, or that there was no unprocessed brain dump to sort.

If nothing seems to have run

  • Check the agent card actually has Scheduled ticked and a time set.
  • Check your credits. If you have run out for the month, scheduled agents are quietly skipped until they reset on the 1st.
  • Check the footer of the card. It tells you when it last ran.
