Questions this answers
- What are credits in Thinker?
- Credits pay for anything where Thinker does real thinking for you: building a Success Day, sorting a brain dump, evaluating ideas, auto-scoring a task, chatting. Everything else in the app is free and unlimited.
- How do I see how many credits I have left?
- Click the Credits chip at the bottom of the menu. You get a gauge of what is left and used, and a table of what things cost. The allowance resets on the 1st of every month.
- What happens if I run out of credits?
- You see a message saying they reset on the 1st, scheduled agents are quietly skipped until then, and everything that is not AI carries on as normal. If you keep hitting the ceiling, tell Cordelia.
Anything where Thinker does real thinking for you uses credits. Everything else in the app is free and unlimited: adding tasks, ticking things off, projects, rituals, the bucket, all of it.

Checking what you have left
There is a Credits chip at the bottom of the menu. Click it and you get a gauge showing how many are left, how many you have used, and a table of what things cost. Your allowance resets on the 1st of every month.
What uses them
- Building a Success Day.
- Sorting a brain dump.
- Evaluating an idea, charged per idea.
- Turning approved ideas into projects.
- Auto-scoring a task.
- Asking a question here in Help.
- Each message in a chat with Thinker.
Most of those numbers are in that table in the app, and they are small. Chatting is not listed there, but it costs a few credits per message too. The allowance is set to be generous for anyone using Thinker normally, including running agents daily and chatting to it often.
If you run out
- You will see a message saying you have used this month's credits and that they reset on the 1st.
- Scheduled agents are quietly skipped until then, so if your Success Day has not appeared, check here first.
- Everything non-AI carries on exactly as normal.
- If you are regularly hitting the ceiling, tell Cordelia. That is useful to know and it can be sorted.
