Getting help, reporting a bug, asking for a feature

The purple circle bottom right of every page has three tabs across the top: Ask, Bug and Feature.

Ask

A real conversation with Thinker about your own stuff. Best for how do I, why is this on my day, and just do it for me. See Talking to Thinker.

Bug: something is broken

1. 1Open the Bug tab.
2. 2Say what went wrong, for example the due date did not save.
3. 3Add what you were doing when it happened, if you can.
4. 4Press Send bug report.

It goes straight to Cordelia, with the page you were on attached automatically so you do not have to explain where you were.

Feature: you wish it did something

Use the Feature tab, or go to the roadmap and add it there. Either way it lands publicly on the board with your vote on it, and it goes to Cordelia too.

The roadmap is where you can see what is being built now, what is planned, and what has already shipped. Vote for the ones you want. Votes are how Cordelia works out what to build next, so it is worth doing.

Notifications

The bell in the widget is where product updates land, along with anything waiting on you, like tasks a teammate has assigned you or brain dump items to sort. An amber dot on the circle means there is something new.

The “My Thinker” Walkthrough

There is a live session every week where you can watch Thinker being used and ask anything you like. If you are stuck on something bigger than one question, that is the place. Register once and you can join any week.
