Questions this answers

How much does Thinker cost?
£29 a month or £290 a year, or the equivalent in your currency, shown at checkout. That is the founders price and it stays locked for as long as you stay. It starts with a 14-day free trial: card upfront, nothing charged today, cancel any time inside the trial and you pay nothing.
Where do I update my card, get an invoice or cancel?
Settings, then Plan, then Manage billing. That opens Stripe's secure portal, where you can change your card, download every invoice, or cancel. Cancelling keeps your access until the date you have already paid to.
What happens if my payment fails?
For three days nothing changes except a notice with a fix-my-card button. On day three your account pauses everywhere, including the connector and the overnight agents, until the card is fixed. Nothing is deleted. Update the card and everything comes back on its own.
If I cancel, do I lose my tasks and days?
No. Your account pauses when the paid period ends and everything in it stays exactly as it was. Come back any time by subscribing again and it is all still there.

The trial and the price

  • 14-day free trial. You add a card upfront, nothing is charged today, and you can cancel at any point in the trial and pay nothing.
  • After that, £29 a month or £290 a year, or the equivalent in your currency. Checkout shows the exact figure.
  • That is the founders price and it is locked for as long as you stay. People joining later will pay more; you will not.

Your card, your invoices, cancelling

Settings, then Plan. The Manage billing button opens Stripe's secure portal, which handles all of it: update your card, download any invoice, switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel. Thinker never sees your card details; Stripe holds them.

If a payment fails

Cards expire, banks get nervous, it happens. Here is exactly what Thinker does, so there are no surprises.

  • Days one to three: everything works. You see a notice that your last payment did not go through, with a button to update your card. Stripe retries the card on its own too.
  • Day three: your account pauses everywhere. The website, your Claude or ChatGPT connector, and the overnight agents, so no credits are spent while it is unpaid. You land on a page with one button: update my card and carry on.
  • Nothing is deleted at any point. Tasks, days, rituals, notes, all of it stays exactly as it was.
  • The moment the card is fixed, Stripe tells Thinker and everything comes back on its own. Nothing to restore, nothing to ask for.
  • If the card is never fixed, Stripe keeps trying for a few weeks, then the subscription ends. Your account stays paused, still with everything in it, until you subscribe again.

Your AI credits

Your plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits that resets on the first of the month. The Credits article explains what uses them and what happens if you run out.
